Change in design: Files no longer able to be deleted, because there is no guarantee that they ever will be (i.e. if someone downloads the file and disconnects), and it could cause confusion among the people working on the project.
...
Instead, to delete the data involved with a server project, delete the server project once everybody else has disconnected.
