Modified name of 'Twitter' module: Is now 'Tweepy'.

Started adding 'SNScrape' module - added getting tweets by user.
Also: Made it so users don't have to specify the 'Resolution' and 'Notes' fields in the Resolution JSON for resolution output (although it is *recommended* that they do)
